Questions
Can’t find your answer? Ask on WhatsApp
Is the LG 65EJ5E a 4K display?
Yes. The LG 65EJ5E has a native resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 (UHD) on a 65-inch OLED panel. That is four times the pixel count of Full HD, which gives sharper text and detail when the display is viewed up close in lobbies, boardrooms and retail spaces.
Can the LG 65EJ5E be used in a video wall?
Yes. Its 0.9 mm off-bezel design suits video walls, and the manufacturer lists RS232C In/Out, RJ45 In/Out and an external IR receiver for control. Units can be monitored and managed with SuperSign Control+ or SuperSign Control software.
What mounting does the LG 65EJ5E need?
The manufacturer's specifications do not state a VESA pattern for this model. The package includes wall fixers and a wall fixer install guide, and the display head connects to a separate signage box with FFC cables. Installers should plan the wall fixing around the head depth of 6.0 mm and the signage box dimensions listed in the specifications.
Can the LG 65EJ5E take an OPS computer module?
No. The manufacturer lists the 65EJ5E as not OPS compatible. It does support an external media player attachment, so a separate player can be connected for content playback in place of an internal computer module.
What power does the LG 65EJ5E draw and what conditions does it need?
It runs on 100-240 V AC, 50/60 Hz with built-in power. Typical power consumption is 440 W and the maximum is 478 W in the manufacturer's 8 color bar test. Operating temperature is 0 to 40 °C and operating humidity is 10% to 80%.
