Hikvision 4K Video Wall Decoder – DS-6901UDI(C)

The Hikvision DS-6901UDI(C) is a 4K video wall decoder that shows network camera, NVR and computer video on one HDMI output at up to 3840 x 2160. The decoder drives one HDMI 1.4 output at up to 4K (3840 × 2160 at 30 Hz) and one CVBS BNC output. It decodes 16 channels of 1080p and lower resolution in real time in H.264 and H.265, and 4 channels of 1080p in MJPEG. Each screen supports four layers of 1080p or two layers of 4K. The unit decodes both sub-streams and main streams and switches to sub-streams automatically when the window division reaches the threshold.

The decoder accepts network cameras, NVRs and other network sources, as well as HDMI input from computers and video conference terminals. It connects over a 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet port and through RS-232 and RS-485 serial interfaces. Eight alarm inputs and eight alarm outputs allow integration with external devices. Compared with the DS-6904UDI(C), which has four HDMI outputs, this model has one output and a lower decoding capacity.
