Biamp Workplace (900-10007) is a cloud platform for managing audiovisual systems, room resources and facility assets. It covers the AV lifecycle from design and deployment to daily use, with SSO, MFA and role-based access. It integrates with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Azure AD. Workplace puts the AV lifecycle on one shared cloud foundation, from planning and deployment through daily use, management and optimization. It is built from six apps: Admin, Designer, Tools, Command, Control and Booking. Workplace Control offers drag-and-drop UI design, Lua scripting and Impera driver import. Workplace Command gives real-time control of Tesira and Cambridge Qt X systems from anywhere. Workplace Booking manages rooms, desks and shared spaces with floor-plan navigation and calendar sync, and utilization metrics and exportable reports are included.

Use Workplace where an IT or facilities team manages AV and room resources across more than one organization. It supports OIDC/OAuth2 single sign-on and multi-factor authentication, and a GraphQL API is provided for third-party integration. The web interface runs in standard browsers, with iOS and Android mobile apps. Licenses are available for 1, 3 or 5 years.
