The Biamp Evoko Kleeo Desk Manager 1-Pack is a desk booking panel that shows whether a desk is available, booked or occupied with color-coded status lights. It has a 2.05-inch OLED touch display, RFID and proximity check-in, and is Zoom Certified for Zoom Workspace Reservation. The Kleeo Desk Manager sits on the desk top or mounts to the front edge of the desk, while its sensor unit mounts under the desk. Users can book, check in or extend a session on the touch display, and the color-coded lights show the desk status to people nearby. A presence sensor enables automatic booking when someone arrives. Personal check-in uses RFID (MIFARE Classic), and the passive infrared proximity sensor allows automatic check-in. The main unit weighs 105 g and the sensor unit 13 g.

The unit works with Zoom Workspace Reservation and supports sign-in with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Apple ID, or email and password. It connects to Biamp Workplace for cloud-based configuration and management.
