Barco TransForm N 4K60 Networked HDMI Encoder – NGS-D440

The Barco NGS-D440 is a networked HDMI 2.0 encoder for 4K60 AV sources in Barco CTRL and TransForm N systems. The NGS-D440 encodes HDMI 2.0 compliant 4K60 sources at up to 3840 x 2160 and 60 Hz, so high-resolution content can be shared over the network. Supported formats include 16:9 up to 3840 x 2160, 21:9 up to 3440 x 1440 and 32:9 up to 3840 x 1080, all at 60 fps. The stream uses an average of 60 Mbps for 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz, with 4:2:2 chroma subsampling and up to two audio channels from HDMI or line in.

The unit is designed for Barco CTRL and TransForm N systems, where it forms part of the networked visualization setup. It has one HDMI 2.0 input and one HDMI 1.4 input, one HDMI 2.0 output, and two USB 2.0 Type C connectors. Two RJ45 ports give active failover on a 1Gb copper network.
