Where the display height needs to land on a specific figure, and land on it repeatedly, a geared crank is the better mechanism. The VTLS17H-46TW turns a handle to raise or lower the column through a 450mm range under full load, stopping wherever it is left. For wheelchair-height viewing, camera framing in a studio, or a ward round where the screen must clear a bed rail, that control matters more than speed.

Everything else is built for daily service. The bracket takes 70 kg on VESA patterns from 200x200mm to 600x400mm, tilts toolless from plus 5 to minus 12 degrees, and rotates 0 to 90 degrees for portrait content. Why choose a crank rather than a quick-release lock?
A crank moves the column gradually and holds at any point in the 450mm travel, so an exact screen height can be set and repeated with a loaded display. A quick-release lock is faster but less precise. The quick-release version of this frame is the VTLS17-46TW.
Can the crank be turned with the display mounted?
Yes. The mechanism is designed to be operated under load within the 70 kg rating, so the screen does not need to be removed to change height.
What can the pegboard panel hold?
