The VSYS VPM-2G is a universal projector mount for projectors up to 20 kg that installs on either a wall or a ceiling, available in the UAE from Procure.ae.

Not every room offers a usable ceiling point. Slabs get filled with services, tenants are barred from drilling the soffit, or the projector simply needs to sit close to the screen for a short-throw lens. The VPM-2G is specified for those rooms: the same bracket bolts to a solid wall above the screen or to a ceiling, so a single part number can standardise projector installations across a floor of mixed rooms instead of splitting the order between two mount types.

Reach is adjustable, 350 mm to 560 mm out from a wall or 430 mm to 650 mm down from a ceiling, which is the working window that most short-throw and standard-throw lenses need. Four support arms fan out to meet the projector chassis holes, so fit depends on arm span rather than a VESA pattern. The head tilts 15 degrees either side of level and swivels 8 degrees either way, and a quick-release connector lets the projector come off for service and go back on without re-aiming.

Should I choose the VPM-2G or a heavier ceiling mount?
Choose the VPM-2G when the projector is 20 kg or lighter and the room may need a wall fixing, a short reach, or both. For heavier installation projectors up to 35 kg, or where the projector must hang well below a high slab, a dedicated telescopic ceiling mount is the correct specification.
Does it work with short-throw projectors?
Yes. The 350 mm to 560 mm wall reach places the lens close to the screen, which is what short-throw optics require. Confirm the exact lens-to-screen distance from the projector throw chart before fixing the bracket.
How do I check my projector fits?
Projector mounts are matched by chassis hole pattern and weight rather than VESA. Measure the spacing of the threaded holes on the underside of the projector and confirm it falls within the travel of the four support arms, then confirm the projector weighs 20 kg or less.
Can the projector be taken down for servicing?
Yes. The quick-release connector separates the projector from the arm, so filters and lamps can be reached and the unit refitted without repeating the tilt and swivel alignment.
