Questions
Can’t find your answer? Ask on WhatsApp
Does the TRS10-UB include a camera and speaker?
Yes. The bundle includes a 4K video bar with a 12 MP camera sensor, a six-element microphone array and 8 W + 3 W speaker output, in addition to the computing engine and touch console.
Does the video bar need PoE?
No, the video bar can take power from its DC 2.0 input or from PoE. The RJ45 port is for power supply only, accepting IEEE 802.3at PoE at 25.5 W maximum, so PoE is one option rather than a requirement.
What is the camera field of view and zoom?
The camera has a 117.8-degree diagonal, 109-degree horizontal and 74.4-degree vertical field of view, with 5X electronic PTZ zoom. The 4K H.264 stream runs at up to 30 fps, and the camera is controlled with the supplied remote controller.
Can the video bar be used with a laptop or PC?
Yes. The video bar supports UVC 1.1 video and UAC 2.0 audio over USB 3.0, which is backward compatible with USB 2.0. The manufacturer lists Windows 7 to 11, macOS 10.10 or later, Google ChromeOS 29.0.1547.70 or later and Android as supported operating systems.
Can the TRS10-UB be wall mounted?
The bundle includes wall-mount components and screws, and the computing engine includes a VESA mounting bracket. The manufacturer's specifications do not state a VESA pattern for the video bar or touch console.
