Raritan PX4 Outlet Metered Switched Rack PDU - Series
The Raritan PX4 Outlet Metered and Switched series provides advanced power management for data center racks. Featuring dual 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports and hot-swappable controllers, these units deliver billing-grade accuracy of ±0.5% for kW, kVA, V, A, harmonics, and power factor. Each unit supports up to 36 C13 or combined C13/C19 outlets with a total capacity of 7.4 kVA from an IEC 230V/32A 2P+PE inlet. The system enables remote monitoring via HTML, JSON-RPC, Redfish API, SSH, Telnet, MODBUS/TCP, and SNMPv3. It allows cascading up to 32 PDUs under one port with a shared GUI for up to eight units.
Environmental tracking uses temperature/humidity sensors while deployment occurs via TFTP, DHCP, SSH CLI, or USB drives. Data logging utilizes HTTP/S or MQTT protocols. The hardware includes a minimum 536MHz processor, 16MB SPI Flash, and 64MB DDR2 RAM. Wi-Fi and USB webcam capabilities are supported.
