How many touch points does the NEC MultiSync V801-TM support?
The V801-TM uses infrared touch with up to 6 simultaneous touches from a finger, gloves or a stylus. Touch accuracy is under 2 mm, response time is 0 to 20 ms, and it connects by USB 2.0 HID. It is driver-free and calibration-free.
Which video inputs does the NEC MultiSync V801-TM have?
It has one DisplayPort, one DVI-D and one HDMI 1.3 input, all with HDCP, plus a D-sub 15-pin input and BNC inputs for composite, RGBHV and component video. There is a DVI-D output, a 3.5 mm audio in and out, 100 Mbit LAN and RS-232C.
Which operating systems support multi-touch on the V801-TM?
Native multi-touch works on Windows 7 and Windows 8. Single touch is available on Windows Vista, Linux, macOS and Android. The display connects over USB 2.0 HID with full-speed, USB-powered, plug-and-play operation, so it needs one USB cable to the host.
