The Dinstar DAG1000-4S4O is a hybrid analog VoIP gateway designed to provide seamless connectivity between IP-based telephony networks and legacy telephones, fax machines, and PBX systems. With 4 FXS ports and 4 FXO ports, it gives businesses more flexibility to keep analog devices and PSTN lines active while moving toward SIP communications.
Dinstar describes the 4S4O as a low-cost, easy-to-use solution for small and medium businesses, call centers, SOHO, remote offices, and enterprises with multiple branches. It adds both power failover and IP/SIP failover, making it more reliable for day-to-day communication where continuity matters.
The gateway supports standard SIP protocol compatibility with IMS/NGN platforms and SIP-based IP phone systems, while also delivering easy administration through web GUI, SNMP/TR-069, automated provisioning, cloud management, backup/restore, and debug tools.
