Biamp Video Conferencing Room Bundle – MRB-M-X400-C-DXS5

The Biamp MRB-M-X400-C-DXS5 is a certified meeting room bundle for medium rooms of up to 11 participants. It combines a TesiraFORTÉ X 400 processor, a Parlé TCM-XA Beamtracking ceiling microphone and Desono DXS5 surface-mount loudspeakers, certified for Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Cisco Verified. Procure.ae, an authorised reseller, supplies it across the UAE.

Biamp Launch provides zero programming and automated tuning, which keeps performance consistent in any acoustic environment. Custom acoustic echo cancellation (AEC) improves clarity and speech intelligibility for far-end participants. AI-powered noise reduction reduces distractions from HVAC systems and ambient noise. The Parlé TCM-XA Beamtracking microphone mixes active talkers, and the Desono DXS5 speakers are tuned for natural voice reproduction in conferencing spaces. The bundle is backed by a comprehensive 5-year warranty.

The bundle suits medium meeting rooms that run Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Cisco-based systems. The Desono DXS5 loudspeakers are surface-mount models, so the installer should plan their position within the room layout before fitting. The kit is one matched set of processor, microphone and loudspeakers. The bundle is also listed under manufacturer part number 930-10007-00003, and Procure.ae supplies it across the UAE with delivery and installation.
