The Hopper Dryer is a high-efficiency drying solution designed for plastic raw materials, featuring a stainless steel interior that prevents contamination and ensures easy cleaning. Its aluminum outer crust offers excellent heat insulation while the electric heating tube, installed in a curved shape, avoids heat loss at the bottom. Available in sizes from 12 kg to 400 kg, this dryer provides accurate temperature control, high-speed drying, and uniform hot air distribution. An optional hot air recycle system increases energy savings. The hopper is detachable for maintenance, and an optional magnetic base, stainless screen, and A-frame stand improve operational convenience and safety. Ideal for injection molding and extrusion setups requiring pre-drying of plastic pellets.
