ViewSonic CDEG3 Series 98-inch 4K UHD Digital Signage Display – CDE98G3-1C
The ViewSonic CDE98G3-1C is a 98-inch 4K UHD digital signage display with an OS-free design, built for secure, round-the-clock operation in corporate, government, healthcare and higher education settings. It offers 3840 x 2160 resolution, 500 nits typical brightness and landscape or portrait orientation. Procure.ae supplies it across the UAE as an authorised ViewSonic reseller.
The CDE98G3-1C uses a 98-inch TFT LCD panel with DLED backlight, a native 3840 x 2160 resolution and a 16:9 aspect ratio. Typical brightness is 500 nits, with a contrast ratio of 1,200:1 and an 8 ms response time. The panel has 178-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles and a 3H anti-glare surface with 25% haze. Built-in USB media playback is included, and because the unit is OS-free, it runs without pre-installed apps or background services.
The CDE98G3-1C suits corporate lobbies, government offices, healthcare facilities and higher education campuses, plus BYOD meeting rooms and video conferencing. Its USB-C port carries DisplayPort 1.2 with HDCP 1.4 and 2.2 support, and the RS-232 and RJ45 ports, with Wake-on-LAN, allow control and network management. The manufacturer says the display integrates with ProAV control systems for remote management. Its 800 x 400 mm VESA pattern suits wall mounting.
