Sony 4K PTZ Conference Camera – BRC-AM7

The Sony BRC-AM7 is a 4K PTZ conference camera for meeting rooms, lecture halls and production setups that need SDI outputs. It offers a 20x optical zoom, a 1.0-type sensor, and auto framing for up to eight people. Procure.ae supplies the Sony BRC-AM7 across the UAE.

The BRC-AM7 has a 1.0-type Exmor RS CMOS sensor with approximately 14.0 megapixels of effective pixels and a 20x optical zoom, equal to 24 to 480 mm in 35 mm terms. It outputs 4K at up to 59.94p over SDI and HDMI, and it records XAVC video with 4-channel LPCM audio to CFexpress Type A or SD cards. Auto framing covers up to eight people. Pan runs from -175 to 175 degrees and tilt from -30 to 210 degrees, with pan and tilt speeds up to 180 degrees per second.

The BRC-AM7 suits rooms where one camera feeds a conferencing platform and production equipment at the same time. NDI|HX is pre-installed for IP video, and the camera can stream over SRT, RTMP and RTSP. Free-d tracking data is available for virtual sets. Setup runs in Chrome, Edge or Safari on Windows, macOS, iPadOS and Android. It takes DC 12 V or PoE++ power and mounts to a ceiling with the supplied brackets.
