NEC MultiSync 80-inch Full HD ShadowSense Interactive Flat Panel – E805 SST
The NEC MultiSync E805 SST is an 80-inch Full HD interactive flat panel with ShadowSense optical touch for up to 10 simultaneous touches. NEC describes it as an entry-level large format touch display, with an OPS slot, HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI-D and VGA inputs and energy efficiency class A. Procure.ae supplies it in the UAE.
The E805 SST has an 80-inch UV²A panel with edge LED backlighting at 1920 x 1080 resolution, 300 nits brightness (350 nits maximum), a 5,000:1 typical contrast ratio and a 4 ms grey-to-grey response. ShadowSense optical touch registers up to 10 touches from a finger, a gloved hand or a stylus of 4 mm or larger. Touch accuracy is under 2 mm with a 6 to 8 ms response, and ambient light rejection works up to full sunlight.
Native multi-touch works with Windows 7 to 11, Linux and Android over USB 2.0 HID. Video inputs are 2 x HDMI, 1 x DisplayPort, 1 x DVI-D and 1 x D-sub 15-pin, and an OPS slot accepts a Slot-in PC or digital signage player. Control is through LAN with SNMP or RS-232C. The display is rated for 12/7 operation in landscape orientation and mounts on a 400 x 400 mm VESA pattern.
