NEC MultiSync 55-inch ShadowSense Touch Interactive Flat Panel – P554 SST
The NEC MultiSync P554 SST is a 55-inch Full HD interactive flat panel with ShadowSense optical touch, supporting up to 10 simultaneous touches. The P554 SST pairs a 55-inch S-IPS panel with edge LED backlights and a native resolution of 1920 x 1080. Brightness is 700 nits (500 nits in the Eco shipment setting), contrast is 1200:1 and the viewing angle is 178 degrees in both directions. ShadowSense optical touch tracks up to 10 touches with a 6 to 8 ms response time, accuracy below 1.5 mm and a touch resolution of 4096 x 4096. It rejects ambient light up to full sunlight and accepts finger, glove and stylus (4 mm or larger) input.
Inputs include VGA, DVI-D, two HDMI and two DisplayPort connections, with a DisplayPort loop-through output, RS-232 and LAN. The OPS slot accepts NEC / Intel OPS modules, and the Compute Module 3 slot takes the NEC Compute Module or Raspberry Pi Compute Module 1 and 3. Native multi-touch works on Windows 7 to 11, Linux and Android. Mounting uses a 300 x 300 mm VESA (FDMI) pattern with M6 screws, and an integrated NFC sensor works with a free NEC Android app.
