The Nearity A20S is a USB conference speakerphone with an 8-microphone array and a 5 m pickup range. Its on-device AI noise suppression, full-duplex audio and daisy-chain of up to six units help it cover larger rooms. It works with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Webex, and Procure.ae supplies it across the UAE.
The A20S uses eight omnidirectional MEMS microphones with 360° coverage and adaptive beamforming that steers pickup toward the active talker. The effective pickup range is 5 m (16 ft). Its AI noise suppression is trained to remove more than 300 common office noises, such as keyboard typing and HVAC hum. Acoustic echo cancellation, de-reverberation, automatic gain control and voice activity detection are included. Full-duplex audio allows two-way speech without cut-offs or clipping.
The A20S connects over USB 2.0 Type-C with a driver-free USB audio class connection, so it works with Windows, macOS (including Apple Silicon and Intel Macs), ChromeOS and Linux. Expansion units connect through RJ45 ports on Cat6 PoE cable, with the first unit powered by its 54 V adapter. Nearity Device Manager software handles audio tuning and firmware updates. The unit is a tabletop device measuring 120 x 120 x 64 mm.

Does the A20S need drivers?
No. The manufacturer states the A20S uses the native USB Audio Class, so no drivers are required. Nearity Device Manager software handles audio tuning and firmware updates. The A20S is plug-and-play on Windows, macOS, ChromeOS and Linux.
