The Nearity 360 Alien is a next-generation 4K panoramic video conferencing device designed for medium to large meeting rooms. Powered by a four-camera array with an 8MP OV CMOS sensor and patented stitching technology, it delivers a seamless 360° Ultra HD view of the entire room, with a 15° auto-exclusion zone that filters out screens or walls behind the camera for a cleaner, distraction-free image.
The device outputs true 4K via USB or wireless dongle, and 1080P via HDMI. Three intelligent AI view modes — Discussion, Presentation, and Global — allow the system to automatically track active speakers, lock onto a single presenter, or display a full panoramic view as the meeting scenario demands. 5x digital zoom and AI auto-framing are supported alongside HDR and 3D noise suppression for optimal visual performance.
Audio is delivered by 6 built-in MEMS microphones arranged in a 360° spatial array, with AI noise cancellation, beamforming, echo cancellation (≥56dB), AGC, and reverberation suppression (RT60 <1s). Standalone effective pickup range is 6 metres; with two optional AM20 external microphones connected via the 3.5mm port, this extends to 16 metres. Dual built-in speakers at 4Ω/3W cover 140Hz–20kHz. The device supports wired USB-C or wireless dongle connectivity, RJ45 with PoE, and HDMI output, and is compatible with all major operating systems and conferencing platforms.
