MAXHUB Connect supports screen casting from up to 9 devices at the same time through its client app and AirPlay. Screens can be rearranged or shown in a floating window at the receiving panel. The client app supports both primary and extended screen casting on Windows and macOS, and it can share one application or window instead of the whole desktop. Desktop sync sends an interactive flat panel's screen to more than 30 devices, with touchback control.

The software works with AirPlay for Apple devices, Miracast for Android and Windows devices, and Chromecast for Chrome OS, the Chrome browser and Android. For security, AirPlay, Miracast and Chromecast are disabled by default and must be enabled in the server settings. Miracast can show up to two screens and Chromecast one. Administrators can authorise a mobile device to control the panel, use moderator mode to approve incoming requests, and disconnect all devices at once.
