InFocus LightCast Key Wireless Presentation USB Key – INA-LCKEY1

The InFocus LightCast Key (INA-LCKEY1, INA-LCKEY2, INA-LCKEY3) is a USB key that plugs into a projector USB-A input to enable LightCast wireless casting, the built-in browser and network settings. It supports AirPlay and the LightCast Sender for Chrome. Procure.ae supplies the LightCast Key in the UAE.

When a LightCast Key is attached to a USB-A input on a supported InFocus projector, the projector unlocks the Cast, Browser, network and account features of LightCast software. Without the key, only the Device and System and Security menus are available by default. Users can cast with the LightCast Sender application on Chrome for Windows, Chrome OS and OS X, or with AirPlay from iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Mac computers.

Casting can be protected with an eight-digit PIN that is shown at the top centre of the screen. Network settings include Wi-Fi, a wired LAN connection and Access Point mode, which lets the projector act as a Wi-Fi access point for casting when no other network is available. AirPlay requires the sending device and LightCast to share the same wireless network, and Mac computers need OS X Mountain Lion v10.8 or later.
