InFocus Interactive Display with Camera – INF8521

The InFocus INF8521 is a discontinued interactive display with an embedded PC, an HD video conferencing camera that tilts and pans by 40 degrees, and supplied speakers. It accepts HDMI and DisplayPort sources and offers picture-in-picture viewing, which suits meeting rooms and classrooms. Procure.ae supplies InFocus displays in the UAE and can confirm availability.

The INF8521 hardware guide describes an HD video conferencing camera that fixes to the top edge of the back with two thumb screws and connects by USB, with manual tilt and pan of +/- 40 degrees. Supplied speakers attach to the bottom edge with brackets and draw power from the display's AC Out jack. The Audio menu selects HDMI 1 to 3, DisplayPort, PCSpeaker, Mondopad, Audio 1 or Audio 2.

The Home button on the remote returns the active source to the embedded PC, and the guide refers to Mondopad software in its audio and troubleshooting sections. Picture-in-picture offers corner and side-by-side layouts with swap, position and audio selection. A wireless keypad and mouse connect through a USB adapter. Dimming offers 10, 30, 70 or 100, and an HDMI 1.3 or higher source is needed to hear audio over HDMI. The INF8521 guide shows the same camera and speaker kit as the INF8022.
