Huawei Immersive Telepresence System – TPX6206 / TPX6218

The Huawei Immersive Telepresence System is a room-scale video conferencing suite with a 216-inch curved LED screen, a three-lens 4K panoramic camera and a microphone at every seat. It comes as the TPX6206 for 6 participants or the TPX6218 for 18. Procure.ae supplies it to boardrooms, hospitals and command centres in the UAE.

The system pairs a seamless 216-inch curved LED screen (5400 mm x 1012.5 mm, 5760 x 1080, 48:9) with a panoramic fusion camera that joins UHD 4K images from three lenses using an AI optical flow algorithm. The 12 MP camera has a 100° horizontal field of view and three HDMI 2.0 outputs, each supporting 4K 60 fps. Every seat has an independent desktop microphone, and high-fidelity speakers provide sound source localisation. Calls run over ITU-T H.323 or SIP with H.265 and H.264 video.

The TPX6206 is a single-row layout for 6 participants and needs a conference room of at least 38 m², with space of 2700 mm x 7480 mm x 5085 mm (H x W x D). The TPX6218 is a dual-row layout for 18 participants and needs at least 74 m², with space of 2700 mm x 10500 mm x 7085 mm. Both layouts include a 21.5-inch electric tabletop display and a conference table.

The system is controlled from an 11-inch touch controller with a HarmonyOS-based interface handles one-tap power, mute, call and presentation sending, with SiteCall, participant selection, chair-controlled continuous presence and speaker focus available for conference control. The system supports front and rear installation and maintenance and quick deployment, and the codec, camera, speakers and LED screen are designed to integrate as one unit.
