The Dinstar DAG1000-8O is an 8-port FXO VoIP gateway designed for businesses that need higher analog trunk density while integrating legacy telephony infrastructure with SIP-based IP networks. Dinstar markets it as a low-cost and easy-to-use option for small and medium businesses, call centers, SOHO sites, remote offices, and multi-branch enterprises.
It supports SIP interworking with leading IMS/NGN platforms, SIP-based phone systems, IP-PBXs, and softswitches, enabling a smooth bridge between PSTN lines and VoIP environments. With 8 FXO ports plus 1 WAN and 2 LAN interfaces, the DAG1000-8O is suited to deployments that need more analog access without moving to a larger chassis. Dinstar also highlights embedded OS design, carrier-grade reliability, main/secondary SIP server failover, and TLS/SRTP security.
For maintenance and provisioning, the platform includes a web interface, SNMP/TR-069, automated provisioning, Dinstar Cloud Management System support, configuration backup and restore, and integrated debug tools.
