The Barco ClickShare C-5 is an enterprise-grade wireless presentation system that removes the cable tangle from meeting room presentations. A small USB-A ClickShare Button plugs into any laptop and, with a single button press, wirelessly shares the laptop screen to the room display — with no app installation, no driver, and no network login required on the guest device. The C-5 base unit connects to the room's display via HDMI and to the corporate network via Ethernet or Wi-Fi. It supports up to 8 simultaneous wireless presenter connections, and each connection is protected by WPA2 encryption to meet enterprise security standards. Barco's XMS Cloud management platform enables centralized firmware updates and monitoring across all C-5 units deployed in an organization.
