Biamp Tesira 4-Channel PoE+ Speaker Amplifier – AMP-450BP

The Biamp Tesira AMP-450BP is a 4-channel, AVB/TSN enabled amplifier powered by PoE+. It fits on top of the Desono C-IC6 speaker or mounts separately, with 3 W continuous per channel. Procure.ae supplies the Biamp Tesira AMP-450BP across the UAE for conference and ceiling speaker systems.

The AMP-450BP drives four channels, with continuous output of 15 W on one channel, 7 W on two channels and 3 W when all four are driven, at 4 Ω or 8 Ω. Burst output reaches 50 W per channel at 4 Ω and 30 W at 8 Ω. It is a Class D amplifier with an internal limiter and software-selectable power versus channel count. Total harmonic distortion is below 0.3% at continuous power.

The amplifier is designed to fit on top of the Desono C-IC6 speaker using a backpack, or to be mounted separately. Four RJ-45 connectors allow termination-free connections to compatible speakers such as the C-IC6. PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at Class 4, 30 W) supplies power over the Ethernet cable, and an audible locate function on the front panel helps identify the unit.
