Biamp Parlé TCM-XEX White Ceiling Expansion Microphone – 920-00500-20000

The Biamp Parlé TCM-XEX is a white, low-profile ceiling expansion microphone for larger meeting rooms. It works with a TCM-X or TCM-XA host and is not a standalone device. It uses Beamtracking across four 90° zones for 360° pickup, and it connects over one CAT5 cable. Procure.ae supplies it across the UAE.

The TCM-XEX extends the coverage of an existing Parlé system. Beamtracking across four 90° zones captures voices over a full 360° area, and it mixes active talkers automatically without manual lobe aiming. The microphone uses one AEC channel, even when daisy-chained, so the host system's channel count stays the same. A single CAT5 connection links it to the host microphone's network box.

The manufacturer states that the TCM-XEX works as an expansion microphone with a TCM-X or TCM-XA and is not a standalone device. It has a low-profile, 150 mm (5.90-inch) white ceiling design, with an LED mute status indicator that shows the microphone state during meetings. It is certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, and it is UL 2043 plenum rated for installation in ceiling plenums.
