The Parlé TCM-1 uses an 8-element digital array with Beamtracking technology to follow active talkers across three 120-degree microphone zones. Sensitivity is above 70 dB (94 dB SPL, 1 kHz), dynamic range is 92 dB A-weighted and frequency response runs from 150 Hz to 16 kHz (±3 dB). The plenum box includes built-in DSP for Beamtracking processing, and an LED indicator shows mute status. The system is evaluated to UL 2043 and is suitable for air-handling spaces.

The TCM-1 suits meeting spaces where ceiling-mounted pickup is needed. It connects over RJ-45 through its plenum box, which is powered by PoE (IEEE 802.3at Class 3, 15.4 W). For larger rooms, up to two TCM-1EX expansion microphones can be daisy-chained, with up to 100 m (330 feet) between devices. The TCM-1A adds a built-in PoE+ amplifier to the same Beamtracking design.
