Biamp Dante Ceiling Microphone Array – BMA 360D

The Biamp BMA 360D is a ceiling tile microphone array for conferencing rooms. It uses ultra-wideband beamforming with 12 configurable beam patterns, outputs audio over Dante and AES67, and is PoE-powered. Procure.ae supplies the Biamp BMA 360D in the UAE.

The BMA 360D captures voice with ultra-wideband, frequency-invariant beamforming, so sound quality stays consistent across all beams and frequencies. Twelve configurable beam patterns support both standard room layouts and custom designs. A smart-switched output selects the combination of active talkers with integrated audio enhancement, and uniform gain keeps levels balanced wherever participants sit. The unit draws 23 W typical without the speaker amplifier and operates from -10 to 40 °C ambient.

The BMA 360D fits standard 24-inch by 24-inch ceiling grids and interoperates with any Dante-enabled DSP, so it suits conferencing, camera tracking and voice lift rooms. It networks over Dante and AES67 on one RJ-45 PoE++ connection using Cat 6 cable. Rooms with speakers need a 56 V 90 W PoE++ source, while 30 W PoE+ covers the unit without speakers. Surface and recess mounting need the separate BMA 360D-SM or BMA 360D-RM accessories.
