BenQ InstaShow Wireless Presentation System – WDC10C

The BenQ InstaShow WDC10C is a plug-and-play USB-C wireless presentation system for huddle rooms with multiple presenters. It outputs up to 1080p at 60 Hz over HDMI 1.4 with HDCP, supports 16 connections and runs on 5 GHz Wi-Fi 5 with WPA2 encryption. Procure.ae supplies the BenQ InstaShow WDC10C across the UAE and wider MEA.

The WDC10C has a USB-C port and outputs up to 1080p at 60 Hz over HDMI 1.4 with HDCP. The manufacturer lists up to 16 connections and a range of up to 8 meters. Its Wi-Fi 5 link runs on 5 GHz only, at up to AC1200 data rates (867 Mbps on 5 GHz). WPA2 with AES128 encryption secures the session. The host measures 110 x 110 x 27 mm without antenna and weighs 150 g, and the kit includes two 2 dBi MIMO antennas, a cradle, an HDMI cable and a USB power cable.

The WDC10C suits huddle rooms and small team meetings where presenters connect over USB-C. Its resolution, connection count and range match the WDC10, and the difference is the USB-C port with a single USB power cable and no USB extension cable. Compared with the WDC15, the WDC10C outputs 1080p instead of 4K and uses WPA2 rather than WPA3.
