BenQ InstaShow Wireless Presentation System – VS20

The BenQ InstaShow VS20 is a wireless presentation system for hybrid meetings in medium to large rooms. Its receiver outputs up to 4K at 60 Hz over HDMI 2.0 with HDCP, supports four split screens and uses AES128 encryption with WPA2. Procure.ae supplies the BenQ InstaShow VS20 across the UAE and wider MEA.

The VS20 outputs up to 4K at 60 Hz over HDMI 2.0 with HDCP. Four MIMO antennas rated at 5 dBi each support dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi 5, with AC1200 maximum data rates of 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz and 867 Mbps on 5 GHz. The system supports four split screens, so several sources can appear on one display at the same time. Sessions are protected by AES128 encryption with WPA2. The host measures 145 x 145 x 46 mm without antenna and weighs 348 g.

The VS20 suits medium to large meeting rooms where hybrid meetings need wireless sharing alongside a button microphone, which the manufacturer lists as an integration. It also has a LAN (RJ45) port, so the receiver can sit on a wired network as well as Wi-Fi. Compared with the VS25, the VS20 does not list DisplayPort output, TouchBack or cloud DMS management, and it uses Wi-Fi 5 with WPA2 rather than Wi-Fi 6 with WPA3 Enterprise.
