The BenQ InstaShow WDC15 is a 4K UHD wireless presentation system for huddle and small meeting rooms. It outputs up to 4K at 30 Hz over HDMI 1.4 with HDCP, runs on 5 GHz Wi-Fi 5 with WPA3 encryption and needs no drivers, apps or network setup. Procure.ae supplies the BenQ InstaShow WDC15 across the UAE and wider MEA.

The WDC15 mirrors the screen of a connected source at up to 4K UHD, with a maximum output of 4K at 30 Hz over HDMI 1.4 with HDCP. Its 5 GHz Wi-Fi 5 link runs at up to AC1200 data rates (867 Mbps on 5 GHz), with AES128 encryption and WPA3 security. TouchBack lets the presenter control the source from the display. The host measures 110 x 110 x 29 mm without antenna and weighs 205 g. The package includes a host receiver, cradle, HDMI cable, two 2 dBi MIMO antennas and a power supply.

The WDC15 suits huddle and small meeting rooms that want 4K sharing and touch control from the display. Compared with the WDC10, the WDC15 adds 4K output and WPA3 encryption, while the WDC10 is listed for 1080p at 60 Hz with WPA2. Compared with the WDC25, the WDC15 is a Wi-Fi 5 unit at 4K 30 Hz and does not list split screens or cloud DMS management, while the WDC25 uses Wi-Fi 6 at 4K 60 Hz.
