The SMC1500-2U Smart-UPS C 1440VA Rack-mount 2U with LCD by APC is a 900W out, 120V in UPS (uninterruptible power supply) with a USB interface port, multi function LCD status and control console, and 6x battery-powered outlets. It is a rack-mount unit, designed for server rooms or installation in a rack with other components.

The Smart-UPS C 1440VA Rack-mount 2U with LCD also bypasses unused electrical components in good power condition in certain power modes to help stay green by using less power without sacrificing protection. It also uses pure sine wave output to simulate utility power as close to the original as possible to protect servers and sensitive electronics. Network grade power conditioning protects from damaging surges and disruptive noise. Solid state automatic voltage regulation boosts low input voltage up to 30% and trims high voltage up to 12% without battery operation. Reliable battery back-up capacity to power through outages or gracefully shutdown systems

Intuitive LCD interface provides clear information with the ability to configure the UPS locally with easy to use navigation keys. Over 15 different programmable settings including switched outlet group control allow for application specific settings, thresholds and notifications.
