The VS01A-46F is built around that requirement, using 1.8mm cold-rolled steel in both the wall plate and the bracket arms to carry 80 kg with a design that has been strength-tested four times over. A 30mm wall clearance keeps even an 86-inch screen visually flush with the surface, so the display reads as part of the wall rather than an object hung on it.

Two vertical bracket arms bolt to VESA patterns from 50x50mm up to 600x400mm, with a maximum usable hole spread of 654x402mm. The wall plate fixes to solid masonry or spans two studs at 406mm, 450mm or 600mm centres, and a hook-on bubble level is supplied so the plate can be trued before the fixings are torqued. Once the panel is hooked on, spring locks engage automatically; pull cords release them again, letting one technician lift the screen clear for cable or service access.
