What does 1024SC mean on a 3CX licence?
SC stands for simultaneous calls, the number of internal and external calls the system can carry at the same time. 1024SC licenses the PBX for up to 1024 concurrent calls rather than limiting the number of users or extensions.
How is a new licence different from a renewal or upgrade?
