Snom HM201 Hospitality DECT Phone Base Station

The Snom HM201 is a hospitality DECT phone base station that Procure.ae supplies to hotels and serviced accommodation across the UAE for guest-room and reception telephony.

Built for guest-facing environments, the HM201 pairs a base station with a large 2.8-inch colour display, and each base station supports up to 4 cordless DECT handsets, extendable with Snom HM2 add-on handsets. Antibacterial housing certified to the JIS-Z2801 standard suits high-touch hospitality surfaces, and a backlit keypad keeps it usable in dim hotel corridors and rooms.

The HM201 is a single-cell system and does not connect into a multi-cell network, so it is best suited to standalone properties or per-floor deployments rather than large multi-building estates. It runs on Power over Ethernet, stores no personal call data on the device for GDPR compliance, and is remotely managed and maintained exclusively through a server based in Germany.
