The Sharp Face-Up Bracket PN-LA862 is a face-up supporting bracket for the Sharp PN-LA862 86-inch display. It lets the display be installed tilted back more than 45 degrees or laid flat as a touch table, and it supports the LCD module in that position. The Sharp Face-Up Bracket PN-LA862 is an optional accessory for the Sharp 86-inch LA Series display. It is supplied as two main pipes with metal brackets and two M4 x 8 mm screws. Each pipe is fixed to the eyebolt bracket of the display with one M4 screw, then secured at a VESA hole with an M8 screw and a 5 mm spacer, and the bottom end of the pipe is placed at the bottom of the display. Sharp's installation instruction states that the 86-inch size needs this special bracket to support the LCD module in face-up use.

Face-up and tilted installation comes with conditions set out by the manufacturer. The display must be used in landscape only, the touch pen cannot be used, and the usable ambient temperature is 5 °C to 30 °C when installed at 45 degrees or flat. The HORIZONTAL INSTALLATION setting in the monitor menu must be set to FACE UP, and 200 mm of space is needed between the display and the floor or other surfaces.
