Promethean ActivPanel 4K ePTZ Conference Camera – 4K ePTZ Camera

The Promethean 4K ePTZ Camera is a conference camera for the ActivPanel 10 Premium. It delivers 4K video at 30 Hz with a 109-degree horizontal field of view, electronic pan, tilt and zoom, and automatic framing and tracking. It works with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet, and Procure.ae supplies it across the UAE with delivery and installation.

The camera uses a 1/2.8-inch CMOS sensor with 8.3 megapixels and records at 4K resolution at 30 Hz, with 1080p and 720p modes also available. Its lens gives a 109-degree horizontal and 117-degree diagonal field of view, and tilt reaches 20 degrees downward. Auto framing uses electronic pan, tilt and zoom, and auto tracking follows audio and movement. Digital zoom is 5x. Video compresses in H.264 or MJPEG, and a manual privacy shutter covers the lens.

The camera is custom-built for the ActivPanel 10 Premium and connects through a vertical USB-C connection. It runs on Windows 8 and higher, macOS 10.5 and higher, Android 11 and higher and Linux 2.4.6 and higher, and it works with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet. The manufacturer describes it as cord-free, so it suits meeting rooms and classrooms that use the ActivPanel as the main display.
