The cart is load rated to 29.48 kg and sits at Microsoft recommended viewing height of 55 inches. The display can be set between 48 and 60 inches (1219 to 1524 mm) from the floor in 3-inch increments. A dedicated mount fits the 350 x 350 mm pattern. The open frame adaptor provides clearance for the I/O ports and the removable compute cartridge, so the compute module can be upgraded without removing the display. The welded base is finished in powder-coated white for quick assembly and rigidity.

The SR560-HUB2 fits corporate, education and hospitality spaces where the Surface Hub must move between rooms. Internal cable management keeps cables hidden inside the uprights for a clean installation. Corner bumpers protect doors and walls while the cart is moved or stored. The display can be tilted by -4.5 degrees for a natural writing angle or set to 0 degrees for standard interaction. Assembly is required, and the cart carries a 5-year limited warranty.
