Panasonic PressIT Wireless Presentation System – TY-WPS2

The Panasonic PressIT TY-WPS2 is a wireless presentation system that shares PC, smartphone and tablet screens to a display or projector in up to 4K. The TY-WPS2 transmitters send video and still images at up to 3840 x 2160 at 30p, and the receiver outputs up to 3840 x 2160 at 60p. One receiver accepts up to 32 transmitters at the same time, so presenters can switch without moving cables. Multi mode shows up to four sources on one screen. A transmitter can multicast video and audio to up to three receivers without a router. Links run on 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz Wi-Fi with WPA2 and WPA3 security, with a range of 30 m on 5 GHz and 15 m on 6 GHz in clear line of sight.

The system suits meeting rooms, seminar rooms and training spaces where a display or projector is already installed. HDMI-CEC links power on, power off and input switching to a compatible display or projector, although the manufacturer does not guarantee control of every device.
