The Jabra PanaCast 55 VBS is a video bar for medium-sized meeting rooms, with three 13-megapixel cameras, a 180° horizontal field of view and up to 6x lossless zoom. Three cameras in a panoramic multi-camera array capture up to 3840 x 1080 px with a 180° horizontal and 54° vertical field of view. Intelligent Meeting Space limits the view to people inside the meeting space, which suits glass-walled rooms. Dynamic Composition and Multi-stream Dynamic Composition show close-up views of participants, and Virtual Director follows the active speaker. Eight beamforming microphones with -37 dBFS sensitivity and four speakers with an 80 Hz to 20 kHz range handle the audio, with a pickup range of up to 7 m.

The bar has two HDMI video outputs, one HDMI input for content sharing, USB-A, two USB-C ports, Ethernet (RJ45) and Wi-Fi. A PoE power injector is included, and the system supports IEEE 802.3af. The modular design allows a PanaCast SpeakerMic for pickup up to 11 m and up to five additional cameras for more angles, with no downtime or refits.
