Hikvision Distributed 4K HDMI Input Node – DS-C80N-01HI/4K

The Hikvision DS-C80N-01HI/4K is a half-width distributed HDMI 2.0 input node that accepts 4K 60 Hz sources. It supports network camera and NVR access, dual device hot backup and up to 16 channels of 4K signal input across a system. It is designed for distributed command center and video wall systems. The DS-C80N-01HI/4K accepts one HDMI 2.0 input at up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz, and also supports 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz, with custom resolutions up to 4092 x 2160. It can access network signal sources, including network cameras and NVRs. The node supports ultra high definition fusion across 16 channels of 4K signal input. A loop output passes the HDMI 2.0 signal on to a second device. Video is encoded in H.265 by default or H.264, and audio is handled through 3.5 mm jacks in dual-channel stereo.

The node is part of a distributed system that can be used with centralised video wall controllers, multi-functional video centers and decoders, so command center systems can be built flexibly. Two half-width nodes fit the width of one rack, and each mounts by rack, planar placement or optional magnetic installation. It supports dual device hot backup, customised to the system, and draws up to 30 W from PoE under IEEE 802.3at or a 110 to 240 V AC supply.
