The Kisan K-500 is a professional multi-pocket banknote sorting system — it processes a continuous feed of mixed banknotes at high speed, reading each note's denomination via optical and magnetic sensors, and routing it to one of five dedicated output pockets based on denomination or fitness category. This five-pocket architecture allows a single processing run to produce simultaneously sorted stacks of five different denominations (or four denominations plus a reject pocket), eliminating the multiple-pass sorting process required when using a single-pocket or two-pocket sorter to sort a mixed-denomination cash input into individual denomination stacks. The K-500 applies UV, MG, and IR counterfeit detection to every note during sorting, and the reject pocket collects any note that fails authentication or fails the fitness criteria.
