The Fluke 8845A is a 6.5-digit (1,000,000-count) precision bench digital multimeter — positioned at the high end of Fluke's bench DMM range for applications where measurement uncertainty, traceability, and resolution are critical. At 6.5 digits, the 8845A provides 20 times more resolution than the 5.5-digit 8808A — resolving the final digits of precision voltage, resistance, and current measurements that are invisible to lower-resolution instruments. DC voltage accuracy is 0.0035% — in the range of metrology-grade instruments used as secondary laboratory standards. The 8845A supports four-wire (Kelvin) resistance measurement for accurate low-resistance and contact resistance measurements unaffected by test lead resistance. USB, LAN (Ethernet), and optional IEEE-488 (GPIB) interfaces support integration into automated test systems and data acquisition systems. The graphical TFT display renders both numerical readout and trending bar graphs simultaneously.
