The BSS Audio Soundweb London BLU-103 is an advanced conferencing digital signal processor that combines Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC), a built-in VoIP SIP interface, and PSTN telephone hybrid capability in a single Soundweb London unit. The integrated SIP VoIP client enables direct connection to enterprise IP PBX systems (Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, 3CX, etc.) without an external VoIP gateway — simplifying system architecture and reducing cost. Full AEC processing eliminates conference call echo for all participants, while the BLU-103's additional DSP processing chain handles noise reduction, automatic gain control, feedback suppression, and level management. It connects to the wider Soundweb London system via BLU link for multi-room unified communications deployments.
