Biamp Workplace Booking Plus 1-Year Software License – 900-02266

The Biamp Workplace Booking Plus 1-Year License (900-02266) is a cloud-based license for room, desk and parking booking with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace calendar sync. It allows one license per bookable space and supports SSO and role-based access. The manufacturer lists it as discontinued, and Procure.ae can confirm its UAE availability and the current successor.

The license enables booking of rooms, desks and parking spaces from the Workplace Booking App. Calendars sync with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for unified booking management, and the Overview Screen shows space usage and occupancy in real time. Administrators manage users, spaces and booking policies from one cloud-based dashboard, with role-based access controls and SSO authentication. Each license covers one bookable space, and it is included with compatible Workplace Ready devices for activation.

The manufacturer's text names the 1-Year Workplace Booking License (900-02265) as the replacement for this model. Facilities teams that need one booking system for rooms, desks and parking should compare that successor with this license before ordering. Procure.ae can confirm the current options for your project and the UAE availability of each model.
