Biamp Tesira 4-Channel 175 W Conferencing Amplifier – AMP-4175R
The Biamp Tesira AMP-4175R is a 4-channel conferencing amplifier rated at 175 W per channel, now discontinued. The AMP-4175R provides four channels rated at 175 W each into 4 Ω or 8 Ω, and up to 350 W when channels are bridged into 8 Ω. Its balanced input impedance is 8 kΩ, and the amplifier includes impedance monitoring. Total harmonic distortion is below 0.3% at rated power. Frequency response is ±1 dB from 20 Hz to 20 kHz, and dynamic range exceeds 100 dB.
Dual AVB ports, Tesira software configuration and an OLED front panel with capacitive touch navigation allow control of individual and chassis-wide mutes and levels. Optional analog cards, Tesira EX-MOD cards (EIC-4, EIOC-4 and EOC-4) and analog failover inputs extend the unit. It is rack mountable in 2RU, with an operating range of 0 to 40 °C.
