Biamp MRB-VBC 2500a Zoom Rooms Meeting Room Bundle – MRB-VBC 2500a-TSC2DIP-Z

The Biamp MRB-VBC 2500a-TSC2DIP-Z is a current meeting room bundle for Zoom Rooms, with an all-in-one conferencing bar, 4K camera, Beamtracking microphones and a 10.1-inch touch control panel. It is pre-loaded with Zoom Rooms on Windows 11 IoT Enterprise. Procure.ae, an authorised reseller in Dubai, supplies it across the UAE.

The bundle combines a Parlé VBC 2500a conferencing bar with a wide-angle 4K camera that streams 2160p at 30 fps, with electronic pan, tilt and zoom at 5x. Beamtracking technology tracks and mixes conversations, and an AI noise reduction algorithm supports clear voice reproduction through low-distortion smart speakers. The room control panel is a 10.1-inch touch screen at 1280 x 800 resolution. Biamp Launch provides one-touch automatic tuning, and the system includes an 11th Gen Intel Core vPro i5 processor.

This bundle fits small and medium meeting rooms that need a standardised Zoom Rooms Rooms installation from one vendor. It is pre-loaded with Zoom Rooms Rooms and runs Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, with table, wall and display mount options and integrated cable management. A discrete output serves assistive listening systems, and IR sensors switch the system on and off on presence. Procure.ae supplies and installs the bundle across the UAE.
