Biamp Meeting Room Bundle Video Conferencing System – MRB-L-X400-T-CIC6LP-TAA

The Biamp MRB-L-X400-T-CIC6LP-TAA is a TAA-compliant video conferencing room bundle for large meeting rooms. It combines a TesiraFORTÉ X 400 DSP, Parlé Beamtracking microphones and Desono C-IC6LP-TAA low-profile ceiling loudspeakers, with zero-programming setup through Biamp Launch. It is Microsoft Teams Certified, Zoom Certified and Cisco Verified. Procure.ae supplies it across the UAE as an authorised reseller.

The bundle is built around the TesiraFORTÉ X 400 processor, which runs the room audio. Parlé Beamtracking microphones follow active talkers so each participant is picked up across the room. Custom acoustic echo cancellation (AEC) keeps speech clear for remote participants, and noise reduction suppresses unwanted sounds. Biamp Launch provides one-touch room tuning and system calibration for balanced sound. The kit includes pre-terminated Cat5e cabling, and the manufacturer backs it with a 5-year warranty.

The MRB-L-X400-T-CIC6LP-TAA suits public-sector, government and other organisations whose procurement rules require US Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant equipment. Microsoft Teams Certified and Zoom Certified status, plus Cisco Verified listing, cover the main conferencing platforms. The Desono C-IC6LP-TAA loudspeakers are low-profile ceiling units, so the room keeps a clean ceiling layout. Buyers should confirm the full kit list and room layout with Procure.ae before ordering.
