BenQ InstaShow Wireless Presentation System – VS25

The BenQ InstaShow VS25 is a driver-free wireless conferencing system for hybrid meetings in huddle to large rooms. It streams 4K at 60 Hz with TouchBack control and Wi-Fi 6 with WPA3 Enterprise security, and needs no drivers or apps. Procure.ae supplies the BenQ InstaShow VS25 across the UAE and wider MEA.

The VS25 streams up to 4K at 60 fps with zero-latency transmission, according to the manufacturer, over HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2 outputs, both with HDCP. Its Wi-Fi 6 link runs on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, with AX3000 maximum data rates of 574 Mbps and 2400 Mbps. Up to four split screens let several sources share one display, and TouchBack returns control of the source from the touch display. WPA3 Enterprise with AES128 encryption protects the session, and the manufacturer lists a range of up to 40 meters.

The VS25 fits huddle rooms through large conference rooms and supports BYOM driver-free video conferencing. BYOD sharing works from Apple OS, Android and Windows devices, and cloud DMS management is listed for remote administration. A U-magnet bolt design is listed as the mounting feature. Compared with the VS20, the VS25 adds Wi-Fi 6, WPA3 Enterprise, DisplayPort output, TouchBack and cloud DMS management.
